Deafness and Bilingual Approach: to deepen knowledge about the bilingual approach in the educational service of deaf students considering Brazilian Sign Language as a domain language and Portuguese as a second language.
Discussion on the principles present in Decree 5.626 which deals with the Education of the Deaf
