Special students’ registration
PROCEDURES AND DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION OF SPECIAL STUDENTS
Special students may attend PPGEEs courses if they are regularly enrolled in other Postgraduate Programs (Master's or Doctorate) or Undergraduate students who have already completed at least 80% (eighty percent) of the credits required for the Course or holders of an undergraduate or master's degree who are interested in taking courses whose content contributes to the nature of scientific work. Special students may enroll in courses in the area of concentration and/or optional courses offered by PPGEEs, upon request and the following documents for each condition:
1. Students regularly enrolled in other Postgraduate Programs (Master's or Doctorate): request and certificate of enrollment in another Postgraduate Program;
2. Undergraduate students: application and certificate of enrollment in an undergraduate course accompanied by a transcript proving completion of at least 80% (eighty percent) of the credits required for the course;
3. Graduates or Masters graduates: application and diploma or certificate of completion of the undergraduate course or diploma and certificate of completion of the Masters degree.
Registration as a special student in mandatory courses offered by PPGEEs will not be permitted.
Acceptance of the special student's registration will depend on the approval of the professor(s) who will teach the course(s) for which the student has enrolled, and requests will be approved at a meeting of the CPG-PPGEEs.
Procedures and documents:
- Consult the registration calendar and course offerings for each semester available on the PPGEEs website;
- Complete and sign the application form as a special student available on the PPGEEs-UFSCar website (application form)
- Attach a certificate of enrollment as a regular student in the Postgraduate Program of origin or a certificate of enrollment in an undergraduate course and undergraduate transcript proving 80% of the credits completed in subjects taken in the Undergraduate course or undergraduate diploma or proof of Master's degree;
- Attach a copy of the Lattes CV from the Lattes CNPq Platform;
